These terms govern the use of the Admirly website (admirly.com) and the purchase and use of Admirly Pro licenses. Admirly is published by Kratos Agency ("we", "us"). By purchasing a license or using the software you agree to these terms.

1. The software

Admirly is a WordPress plugin. The free version is licensed under the GPL v2 or later. Admirly Pro adds premium features and is licensed to you, not sold: you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use Admirly Pro on the number of websites covered by your license, for as long as the license is valid. The GPL applies to the Pro code as well; the license key only controls updates and support, and you may not resell, redistribute or offer the Pro files as your own product.

2. Licenses and renewals

Licenses are sold per number of websites (1, 5 or unlimited) and are valid for one year from purchase. They renew automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel renewal in your customer account before the renewal date. After expiry the plugin keeps working; updates and support stop until you renew.

A "website" is one WordPress installation. Each site in a multisite network counts separately. Local and staging copies are not counted when the license is deactivated there.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Freemius, Inc. (our merchant of record) using their checkout. Prices are in US dollars; local currency and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. You receive an invoice for every payment. The Freemius End User License Agreement shown at checkout also applies.

4. Refunds

See our Refund Policy: full refund within 14 days of a first purchase, no questions asked.

5. Support and updates

Pro licenses include updates and email support for the license period. We aim to answer within one business day. Support covers installation, configuration and bugs in Admirly. It does not cover custom development, theme conflicts caused by third-party code, or server administration.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Admirly to publish fabricated reviews, reviews obtained in violation of consumer protection or advertising laws, or content that infringes the rights of others. You are responsible for obtaining the consent of the people whose reviews, photos and videos you publish.

7. Warranty and liability

The software is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties and our total liability for any claim relating to the software or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the version published on this page applies. Material changes will be announced on the website or by email to license holders.
