Pricing questions
What happens to my reviews if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. On Free, widgets and the wall show your 15 newest approved reviews; the rest stay in your inbox until you upgrade again.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, from the customer portal at any time. Yearly plans cost ten months instead of twelve.
Do I need the WordPress plugin as well?
No. Admirly Cloud embeds on WordPress with the same script tag. The plugin is for sites that want reviews stored in their own database.
What happens after one year?
The license renews automatically at the same price so you keep getting updates and support. You can turn off renewal anytime in your account; the plugin keeps working after expiry, you just stop receiving updates.
What counts as a site?
One WordPress installation. A multisite network counts each sub-site separately. Staging and local copies do not count: deactivate the license there or contact support.
Can I upgrade from 1 site to 5 later?
Yes. Upgrade from your account and pay only the prorated difference.
Do I lose reviews if I downgrade to Free?
No. All reviews, photos and videos stay in your database. The wall keeps showing every approved review; media, categories and the other Pro features are hidden until you activate Pro again.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards and PayPal, processed by Freemius. You receive an invoice for every payment.
Is there a lifetime license?
Not at the moment. Yearly pricing keeps the plugin maintained and compatible with new WordPress releases.
