Collect student and parent reviews that fill your next term
Send one link after exam results, at graduation or after a parent meeting. Students, parents and graduates leave a written, photo or video review from their phone. You approve it with one click and it goes live on your website, grouped by grade or programme.
Free plan · No card required · Education preset included
Enrollment is decided by word of mouth, and it stays offline
Parents ask other parents. Students ask their friends. Your website shows a brochure.
Great stories never get written down
The student who got into their first-choice university, the parent who saw grades jump. One link right after the good news captures it while it is fresh.
Graduates drift away
Your best advocates leave in June. A graduate video recorded in the last week stays on your site for years and speaks to next year's families.
Reviews scattered everywhere
Google, Instagram comments, WhatsApp screenshots. Admirly collects them in one inbox with consent, and shows them where enrollment decisions happen: your website.
How to collect student reviews in three steps
Set it up once at the start of the term; the link does the rest.
Share the link
In the class WhatsApp group, in the results e-mail, as a QR code in the classroom or on the graduation programme. Automate it from your student system if you like.
Students and parents answer
They pick their role (student, parent or graduate), the grade or programme, give stars and leave a sentence, a photo or a short video. Parents can answer for younger students.
Approve and publish
Reviews wait in your inbox. One click publishes them to a wall per programme or a widget on the enrollment page.
Built for how schools and courses collect reviews
Roles, grades and programmes are first-class, not an afterthought.
Student, parent, graduate
The reviewer picks who they are. Show parent reviews on the primary school page and graduate stories on the university prep page.
Grade and programme fields
Grade 8, IELTS course, Coding club: define your programmes once and filter every wall and widget by them.
Video success stories
A 30-second clip of a graduate saying where they got in beats any brochure. Recorded in the browser, no app, converted automatically.
Works on any website
One script tag for any site builder, WordPress included. Pick the Education sector during setup and the student and parent roles are ready.
Nine languages
International schools and language courses collect reviews in the family's own language. Right-to-left included.
Consent and control
Explicit consent on every review, nothing public before you approve, deletion in one click. Parents answer for students under 18.
What families and your website see
A one-screen form for busy parents, and a wall that answers "is this school right for us?"

Not just marketing: hear what students and parents really think
Every review lands in your inbox first. Success stories go on your website; concerns become a conversation with the family, not a post on social media.
Low ratings stay private
A disappointed parent is never published automatically. You see the review, you call, you solve the issue, and the family stays for next term.
Spot patterns by programme
Homework load in Grade 8, communication in the language course, transport, cafeteria: role, grade and programme fields show you where the friction is.
A record of what families said
Internal notes keep the follow-up with the review. Teachers and office staff see what was promised and what was done.

Questions schools ask us
What about students under 18?
Ask parents to fill in the form on behalf of younger students; the role field makes this explicit. No account is created for anyone, and you approve every review before it is shown.
Can we show different reviews on different pages?
Yes. Every widget and wall can be filtered by role, grade or programme, so the IELTS page shows IELTS students and the primary page shows parents.
Can graduates record a video?
Yes, directly in the browser on any phone. Videos are converted automatically and play fast on your site. Video reviews are part of the Starter plan.
Can we collect reviews for several branches or programmes?
Yes. Each programme can have its own form and its own wall, and every widget can be filtered by programme. The Pro plan adds separate spaces for separate branches.
What does it cost?
The Free plan covers one form and written reviews. Starter at $19 per month adds video reviews and more forms; Pro at $39 adds a custom domain, white label and the API. Two months are free on yearly billing.
