We want you to be sure Admirly Pro is right for your site.

14 days, no questions asked

If you are not satisfied for any reason, request a refund within 14 days of your first purchase of a license and we refund the full amount. No forms to fill, no explanation required.

How to request

• From your customer account: open the purchase and choose Request refund, or
• Email [email protected] with the email address used at checkout or your order number.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Renewals

Automatic renewals can be cancelled anytime before the renewal date from your account. A renewal payment that was charged by mistake can be refunded if you contact us within 14 days of the charge.

Upgrades

When you upgrade (for example from 1 site to 5 sites) you pay only the prorated difference. The 14-day guarantee applies to the upgrade payment as well.

What happens after a refund

The license is cancelled and Pro features switch off on your site; your reviews and settings stay in your database. The free version keeps working.
