Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Kratos Agency ("we") collects on admirly.com and through the Admirly plugin, and why.

This website

  • No cookies, no trackers. admirly.com sets no cookies and loads no analytics or advertising scripts. A single preference ("hide the language suggestion") may be stored in your browser's local storage; it never leaves your device.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser) for security and troubleshooting, typically for up to 30 days.
  • Contact form. When you write to us we receive the name, email address, topic and message you enter, plus your IP address and browser language for spam prevention. We use them only to reply and keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request.
  • Checkout. Purchases are processed by Freemius, Inc. on their checkout pages. Freemius collects your name, email, billing details and payment data under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email, license and order details to provide support and updates.

The Admirly plugin

  • Reviewer data (name, rating, text, optional media, consent timestamp, a one-way hash of the IP address, language) is stored only in your WordPress database. We never receive it. You are the controller of that data; a suggested privacy-policy paragraph for your site is provided in the plugin under Settings → Privacy.
  • Licensing and updates. The plugin uses the Freemius SDK. On activation you may opt in to anonymous usage tracking (WordPress and PHP versions, plugin version, site URL) or skip it. With a Pro license, the site URL and license key are sent to Freemius to validate the license and deliver updates.
  • Email alerts (Pro) are sent from your own WordPress installation to the address you configure.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and similar laws you can ask us what data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, and object to processing. Write to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Retention

Contact messages: until your request is resolved and for up to 24 months for support history. Purchase records: as long as required by tax law. Freemius retention is governed by Freemius' policy.
