Fields: roles, sub-field, categories

Settings → Admirly → Fields shapes the review form without code. Each list is one option per line.

Roles — "Who are you?"

Examples: Parent, Student, Graduate; Patient, Relative; Client, Partner. Leave the list empty to hide the field entirely. The role is shown on the review card under the name.

Sub-field

An optional second dropdown such as Grade, Department or Branch.

  • Enable a second dropdown — turns it on.
  • Label — the field title on the form.
  • Options — one per line.
  • Show for roles — tick the roles that should see it (none ticked = all roles). For example Grade only for Parent and Student, not for Graduate.
  • Required — make it mandatory for the roles that see it.

Categories (Pro)

A required dropdown on the form and tabs on the wall. Examples: Courses, Tutoring, Online; Treatment, Consultation. Tabs appear only when reviews from more than one category are approved. Each category also becomes a filter in the admin list.

Editing lists later

Removing an option does not delete anything: reviews submitted with that option keep showing its original label, and you can still filter by it in the admin. Renaming an option changes the label everywhere.

Slugs

Admirly stores a slug for every option (for example "Grade 10" → grade-10). Slugs are generated automatically, including transliteration for Turkish and other non-ASCII labels, and shown in the list next to each option.
