Review forms

Every space starts with one form. Starter allows three, Pro unlimited, so you can run separate forms per branch, campaign or audience.

What reviewers see

  1. Rating and review: stars, then a written review or a video. Videos are recorded in the browser (camera and microphone permission) or uploaded as MP4/WebM, up to 2 minutes.
  2. Who they are: name, optional title or company, your custom fields (for example *Parent / Student*, *Grade*, *Category*) and an optional photo.
  3. Consent and security: the consent text you define and a simple arithmetic question. Hidden honeypot and timing checks stop bots without annoying people.

Reviews arrive as Pending; the form never publishes anything by itself.

Editing a form

Forms → Edit:

  • Basics: internal name, link slug, status (active, draft, closed) and language. Draft and closed forms show a "no longer accepting responses" page.
  • What to ask: headline, intro, star rating on/off, allowed review types (text, photo, video) and up to five guiding questions shown as hints.
  • Custom fields: up to six fields. A *choice list* has values and labels; a *short text* is free. "Only show for roles" hides a field unless the reviewer picked one of the given role values, for example show *Grade* only for parents and students.
  • Consent and thank-you page: consent wording, thank-you headline and text, optional button with a link.
  • Preview: a live preview of the form; save to refresh it.

Sharing

Forms → Share gives you the public link, one-click share buttons (WhatsApp, e-mail, LinkedIn, X, Facebook) with a ready-made request message, a QR code (SVG download) and an embed snippet:

<script async src="https://embed.admirly.com/w.js" data-form="your-space/share"></script>

The embedded form sizes itself and asks for camera permission inside the frame, so video recording works on your own pages too.

Languages

A form has a default language. Add ?lang=tr (or de, fr, es, it, pt-br, ru, ar) to the link to show the interface in another language; Arabic switches to right-to-left layout. Your own headline, questions and field labels are shown as you typed them.
