Collect more reviews: invites, imports, automation

Your form link is the simplest way in, but most reviews come when you ask at the right moment or bring in what you already have.

E-mail invitations

Invites in the sidebar. Paste addresses one per line, optionally with a name after a comma ([email protected], Ali Kaya), pick a form and send. Each person gets a personal link: the form opens with their name filled in, you see who opened and who finished, and anyone who has not answered gets one reminder after three days.

Daily limits: 20 on Free, 200 on Starter, 1 000 on Pro. The e-mail goes out in the language of the form.

Add a review by hand

Inbox → Add review for things people told you by e-mail, phone or on paper. Manual reviews are approved immediately and count towards your plan like any other.

Import from a file (Starter and Pro)

Imports accepts any CSV: upload it, tell us which column is the name, the text, the rating and so on, check the five-row preview and start. Reviews land in Pending so nothing goes public until you approve it. Rows with the same reference are imported only once, so you can upload an updated file later.

The export of the Admirly WordPress plugin (Reviews → Export) is recognised automatically: roles, categories and published status are carried over.

Google Business Profile (Starter and Pro)

Choose Google on the Imports page, enter your Place ID and a Google Cloud API key with the Places API (New) enabled. Google's API returns at most five reviews per place; that is a Google limit, not ours. The key is stored encrypted and used only for this import. Tick Re-fetch automatically every week and Admirly repeats the import every seven days; new reviews land in Pending, reviews you already have are skipped. The import history shows a *Syncs weekly* badge with a one-click stop.

Automation hook: Zapier, Make, Shopify Flow, n8n

Under Developers you get one secret URL per space. Send a POST with JSON to it from any automation tool:

{"event": "invite", "email": "[email protected]", "name": "Ali Kaya"}

creates and sends a review invitation, and

{"event": "testimonial", "name": "Ali Kaya", "text": "Great service!", "rating": 5, "ref": "order-1001"}

stores a pending review (never auto-approved). Typical setups:

  • Shopify: Flow → trigger *Order fulfilled* → action *Send HTTP request* (POST, JSON) with the invite body.
  • Zapier / Make: use the Webhooks or HTTP module as the last step of any zap or scenario.
  • Your own code: any HTTP client, 60 calls per minute.

The hook works on every plan. If the URL ever leaks, replace it with one click.

Reward (coupon)

On a form's settings, Reward shows a coupon code on the thank-you page right after a review is sent. Turn on *Also send it by e-mail* and invited reviewers receive the code by mail as well. Videos are converted to MP4 automatically, so iPhone MOV uploads work too.
