Multilingual sites

Interface languages

The plugin interface (form, wall, admin) ships in English, Turkish, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil), Russian and Arabic. It follows the site language (Settings → General → Site Language) or the user's profile language in the admin. Translations are loaded from the plugin's languages folder; the WordPress.org translation project can override them once available.

Your own texts

Form title, thank-you message, role / sub-field / category labels are your texts. With WPML or Polylang active, Admirly registers them with String Translation:

  • WPML: WPML → String Translation → domain "admirly". Translate each string once; the form shows the translation on each language's pages.
  • Polylang: Languages → Translations → group "Admirly".

Without a multilingual plugin, texts are shown as entered.

Pages per language

If your wall and form pages have translations, Admirly links to the translated page automatically (the "Leave a review" button on the wall, the "See all reviews" link on the strip).

Reviews and language

Every review remembers the language of the page it was submitted from. Under Settings → Admirly → General, Language mode decides what the wall shows:

  • All languages — every approved review, regardless of language (default).
  • Current language only — only reviews submitted in the language of the current page.

The admin list has a language filter and shows the language code in its own column.

Right-to-left

On Arabic (and any RTL locale) the form, wall and admin screens switch to a right-to-left layout automatically.
