Pro features
Everything below needs an active Admirly Pro license (Settings → Admirly → Account).
Photo and video reviews
The form gains two upload buttons and a video-link field.
- Photo: JPG, PNG or WebP up to 5 MB. Shown on the card and opens full size on click.
- Video upload: MP4, MOV or WebM. The size limit is the smaller of your server's upload limit and the value under Settings → Admirly → General → Max video size (default 100 MB).
- Video link: a YouTube or Instagram URL. Admirly fetches the thumbnail and embeds the player only when the visitor clicks, so pages stay fast.
Media is stored in the WordPress media library, attached to the review. Rejecting a review does not delete its media; deleting the review does.
Categories and tabs
A required category dropdown on the form and tabs on the wall (tabs="1", the default). See Fields.
Video / Written filter
Set type_filter="1" on the wall shortcode or block to show a filter when both video and written reviews exist.
Email alerts
Settings → Admirly → General → Notification email. Each new submission sends a short email with the name, rating, excerpt and a link to the pending list. Separate several addresses with commas. Emails are sent with your site's mail setup; if they do not arrive, install an SMTP plugin.
Google rich results
With Pro active, the wall page outputs AggregateRating and Review structured data (JSON-LD) for the reviews shown. Test it with Google's Rich Results Test. Google decides whether to show stars; the markup only makes it possible.
Video / Written filter
With Pro active, [admirly_wall type_filter="1"] adds a Video / Written toggle above the wall when both kinds of reviews are present. The free plugin shows every approved review too; there is no display cap in either version.
CSV export
Settings → Admirly → Tools → Export CSV. Columns: date, status, name, role, sub-field, category, rating, text, language, media URLs. Formula-like values are escaped so the file is safe to open in Excel.
License management
Settings → Admirly → Account shows the license status, lets you deactivate it (to move it to another site) and links to the customer portal for invoices and renewals.
